Last weekend, my younger brother Josh, visited our loft for the first time. I have been raving about this small French cafe around the corner from our house called Angelique's. Unfortunately, I was unaware that it was closed on Sunday, felt a bit embarrassed by my clumsy discovery, and rushed him over to Little Tokyo to for lunch at the Curry House in Weller Court.
After that, we went to the LA Zoo to see the sifaka exhibit that I so adore, and also to indulge the famous watermelon juice. It was very hot, and the place that sold the watermelon juice had shut down (Darn!). Josh was curious to see not just the sifaka exhibit, but wanted to explore the entire zoo! His curiosity led me to unexplored parts of the zoo. This zoo seemed so puny at first, but it goes on forever. I was completely spent by the time we were done, but enjoyed his company.
