If you knew me growing up, you will know that I have hated eggs with a passion, and my cooking skills were appalling. Well, I have flabbergasted my family because it turns out that I love eggs, and I have mastered omelette-making. My fiancé, who has super cooking powers, actually made eggs that I enjoyed, and have since become accustomed to eating them. I have observed his cooking numerous times in the kitchen, and actually formulated my very own mushroom and onion omelette with hash-browns. Yey me!
